Today I learned about the concept of cryptocurrency.
Cryptocurrency is a decentralized digital asset, meaning that it is a form of currency that the government does not track.
Some forms of cryptocurrency include, but aren't limited to BitCoin, LiteCoin and Ripple.
The first step to getting into cryptocurrency trading is to get a crypto wallet. A crypto wallet is a program that stores your password to the large blockchain of the cryptocurrency world. The crypto wallet allows you to keep track of your balance and also send or receive cryptocurrency, similar to a digital wallet for regular money.

Today at Techie Youth, I learned a variety of things.
I learned that there are multiple methods to earning money online.
One method being the immediate method.
Another method being a remote job that can be done virtually.
And third is starting your own online business.
All of these methods have the possibility of providing one with money, but not all the same amounts.
I also learned about the different reasons on why one should work remotely.
Some reasons to work remotely are the flexible work environments, no need to commute, a better mental and physical health, loyalty, increased productivity and lastly, mobility.
Working from home is also good for business as it allows an employee to be in control of their own working environment, which means they can make their workplace one that would benefit them and make them work most efficiently. Research even shows that of those that work virtually, they are 13% more productive than their peers who work in-person.
I was also taught about the concept of life satisfaction.
Life satisfaction is how one feels about their life as a whole, rather than based on individual feelings. You should try and enjoy every step of your life, and do what you love doing, rather than do something that you don't enjoy. This is because it will make the things you have done to get to that point more worthwhile. You also don't need to spend so much money to be satisfied in life, if something cheap or simple makes you happy, by all means go for it. If traveling, for example, brings you joy and money is a concern, traveling doesn't have to be expensive as long as you aren't intentionally spending money on the luxurious things.
I was also taught about the steps to build distributive capability.
First, you should document everything and move communications online as it will help you and your colleagues know what everyone is up to, and will also help those who happen to miss out on a day of work, and allow them to easily catch up and be on pace.
Second, you should find the right tools that will make the work most efficient while also user friendly.
Third, you should create productive face-to-face time that should be used to make sure everyone is up to date on everyone else's responsibilities as well as their progress.
Fourth, you should help others create their ideal space, which will in the long run be beneficial since a comfortable work environment will make for an efficient one too.
